Blinc Tubular Mascara

Tubular mascara is the newest innovation in mascara applications. Your lashes are actually "surrounded" by individual tubes rather than attaching to your eyelash itself. Similar to waterproof mascara in that it will not come off with just water alone. Smudgeproof and flake- proof, it will not budge with neither water nor pressure, but only with the combination of the two. Perfect for those with sensitive eyes or allergies.
